ABOUT US
Working Together For A Safer Community
The installation of medians along Texas Avenue was initially intended to enhance safety. However, these medians have become a source of concern, posing risks to emergency vehicles, complicating navigation for drivers through forced U-turns on a road ill-equipped for such maneuvers, and increasing hazards in poorly lit sections of the avenue at night. These medians have also adversely affected numerous businesses in the vicinity.
The Mayor of Bryan has openly recognized the oversight, conceding, "we were duped." Even with the best of intentions, mistakes happen. Mistakes can be corrected. Fortunately, with the city of Bryan recently securing a $1.6 million grant for infrastructure improvements, there's a timely opportunity to address this issue. Allocating these funds towards the removal of the medians could significantly mitigate these concerns, demonstrating a commitment to both public safety and local commerce.
We are passionate about making a difference in our communities. Our team has the experience and expertise necessary to tackle the challenges associated with medians in our cities. We offer a platform for people to share their stories and concerns, and we work to find solutions that benefit everyone.
